Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Scooter
Carefully repack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including the charger, manual, and all included tools to ensure safe transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
