We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Electric Scooter models in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your performance or build quality, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Scooter

  Carefully repack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including the charger, manual, and all included tools to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
