What is your shipping policy for electric scooters?
We offer free standard shipping on all scooter orders within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days.
Do the scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components like the motor and battery.
Can I ride my electric scooter in the rain?
Most of our models have an IP54 water-resistance rating, making them safe for light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or during heavy downpours.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The scooter must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles recorded on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.
Do I need to assemble the scooter once it arrives?
Our scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars with the included tools, which takes less than 10 minutes.
